Framer (Decks & Outdoor Structures)
We are seeking reliable, experienced professionals for Atlanta's framer roles, with hands-on experience in wood and composite deck framing to support our growing project pipeline throughout Metro Atlanta.
Key Responsibilities:
Construct framing for decks, stairs, pergolas, and outdoor platforms
Follow deck plans, layouts, and local building codes
Safely operate power tools and saws
Collaborate with team leads to maintain project flow and quality
Requirements:
2+ years of framing experience (residential or outdoor projects preferred)
Ability to read plans and use measuring tools accurately
Physically able to lift materials and work outdoors
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Carpenter (Finish & Custom Deck Work)
Our finish carpenters bring each project together with clean details, precision, and craftsmanship, supporting our framing teams and ensuring every build meets TRG Decks' quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Install decking, fascia, railings, stairs, and trim components
Ensure clean, level, and secure finishes
Interpret plans and coordinate with project managers
Maintain tools, materials, and a clean job site
Requirements:
Experience with deck or exterior carpentry
Strong attention to detail and pride in finish work
Familiarity with composite systems (Trex, TimberTech, etc.) is a plus
Comfortable working in outdoor environments
Home Improvement Salesperson (Deck & Outdoor Projects)
Join our sales team and help homeowners bring their outdoor visions to life with custom-designed deck and outdoor living solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with homeowners to understand project goals
Take site measurements and develop accurate estimates
Present design concepts and material options
Manage client relationships through project handoff
Requirements:
Sales experience in home improvement or construction
Knowledge of deck materials and outdoor construction preferred
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Ability to use basic design or quoting tools (training provided)
Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant
Support our growing business by managing financial tracking and administrative operations that keep our construction and framer in Atlanta teams running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Track job costs, client payments, and contractor invoices
Assist with payroll, scheduling, and materials tracking
Reconcile bank transactions and prepare financial reports
Communicate with field teams on budgeting and job costs
Requirements:
Experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience in construction or home services preferred
Strong communication and task management skills
